By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and professional growth are highly valued. * **Location**: Ocoyoapark Industrial Park **What Makes You a Great Candidate:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or related field. * Experience: 5–8 years of experience in similar roles. * Preferred specialization in **fashion trends, pattern making, or textile product development**. * Knowledge of textile processes and standard lead times. * Proficiency in Gerber software or other design software is desirable. * Technical knowledge of Industrial Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — project-based experience preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and release samples according to contract specifications, technical requirements, and committed deadlines—without deviations or rework. * Generate, validate, and release complete and finalized Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy in materials and consumption quantities. * Prepare, validate, and release optimized production patterns for outsourcing, ensuring maximum material utilization. * Develop, validate, and release production templates, guaranteeing perfect fit, ergonomics, functionality, and compliance with sizing standards. * Prepare comprehensive, clear, detailed, and executable technical specifications, eliminating any operational ambiguity for outsourcing and production. * Authorize production only after physical validation and documentation of templates and size grading. **Soft Skills:** * Planning and organization * Operational discipline * Creativity and innovation * Attention to detail * Effective communication **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: $20,000.00 net * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Performance-based quarterly bonus * Additional vacation days * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. **Join this outstanding team!** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site
