Main Responsibilities: * Promptly, courteously, and professionally handle incoming customer calls. * Meet established response timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs). * Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, solution confirmation, or customer satisfaction surveys. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school, incomplete university degree, or currently enrolled students. * Excel Proficiency: Basic. * Experience: Customer service experience, preferably via telephone or in contact centers.
