Main Responsibilities: * Answer incoming customer calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. * Meet established response times and service level agreements (SLA). * Make outbound calls for follow-up, solution confirmation, or customer satisfaction surveys. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school, incomplete undergraduate degree, or currently enrolled students. * Excel Proficiency: Basic. * Experience: Customer service experience, preferably via telephone or contact centers.
