Excellent work environment At Industrias Gobemex, we are a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of paints, enamels, coatings, and supplies for maintenance, industrial, and government projects. We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with excellent follow-up skills to directly support Commercial and Operations Management. **Responsibilities:** * Follow-up with government and private-sector clients. * Support in tenders, quotations, and administrative processes. * Coordination of schedules, meetings, and commercial follow-up. * Client and supplier communication and follow-up. * Organization of documents, contracts, and reports. * Internal communication with operational and administrative departments. * Order, delivery, and commercial pending-item follow-up. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in executive, administrative, or commercial assistance. * Experience in government sales, tenders, or dealings with government agencies is desirable. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and follow-up abilities. * Proficiency in Excel, email, and administrative tools. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve pending items promptly. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Growth opportunity. * Direct collaboration with management and decision-making. * Excellent work environment.
