Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Assistant to ensure regulatory compliance, identify hazards, and coordinate safety training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Determine and supervise the use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. 2. Train and coordinate first-aid and evacuation teams. 3. Collaborate in staff training and capacity-building on safety. ### **We are looking to hire a Safety and Hygiene Assistant at Cuétara.** **️ RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Determine and supervise the use of PPE. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as STPS and NOM\-251\. * Identify hazards in critical areas including production lines and warehouses. * Train and coordinate first-aid, evacuation, and fire-fighting teams. * Collaborate in staff training and capacity-building on safety and hygiene topics. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure implementation of safety regulations. * Document any incidents and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Prepare the plant for food safety and quality certifications such as FSSC 22000, SQF, or BRC. * Supervise strict adherence to pest control and nuisance wildlife management programs. **✅ REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments. **BENEFITS:** * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Product discount. **SALARY AND SCHEDULE:** * Hybrid schedule. * Monthly salary of $10,020. **This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being and safety of all employees.**
