Job Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Skills: Proficient in computer operation and familiar with ERP system operation. * Work experience: More than two years of warehouse management experience. * Orientation and training of warehouse staff * Fulfill tasks assigned by superiors Job Responsibilities * Responsible for managing inbound and outbound flow of materials, items, equipment, etc. * Responsible for storage and management of materials and items. * Responsible for centralized recycling and disposal of workshop waste and discarded equipment. * Responsible for conducting cycle counts of warehouse materials to ensure consistency between records and physical inventory. * Responsible for reviewing relevant warehouse material documentation and materials entering the ERP system. * Responsible for centralized storage and disposal of hazardous waste; * Delayed procurement and storage of auxiliary materials, and tracking of special auxiliary materials. * Responsible for fire prevention, moisture prevention, and theft prevention of materials in the warehouse **Job Authority** * Authorized to transfer, guide, and assign positions to subordinates; * Authorized to correct subordinates’ violations of discipline and regulations, authorized to handle such violations, and authorized to report on handling of violations; * Authorized to make recommendations regarding hiring, resignation, promotions, rewards, and penalties for personnel under their jurisdiction; * Entitled to provide suggestions and voting rights on various corporate management systems and related policies Benefits and Additional Perks * 15-day year-end bonus. * 12 days of vacation. * 25% vacation bonus. * 10% food vouchers. * 5% savings contribution Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
