We are looking for a FULL-STACK CREATIVE for our digital marketing agency At Maxgueta, we produce content and advertising campaigns for more than 37 clients in Mexico. We are growing rapidly and need someone who can create videos using AI, edit content, and design for social media — all in one. We are not looking for a specialist in just one area. We seek someone who can receive a brief and deliver the finished piece without constant supervision. What will you do? * Editing short videos (Reels, Shorts) using CapCut and AI tools (Runway, Kling, HeyGen or similar) * Graphic design for social media (posts, stories, memes, catalogs) * Brand-specific content adaptation — you will work across 5\-7 different accounts * Production of \~35 pieces per month, including videos, images, and memes * Direct coordination with the account team via WhatsApp What you need to have * Proven experience working for real brands or clients (not just personal projects) * Proficiency in CapCut Pro (speed, not just quality) * Experience with at least one generative AI video tool * Proficiency in Canva Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator * Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality * Strong visual judgment — you don’t need someone to tell you every detail What we offer * Fixed monthly fee: $10,000 – $13,000 MXN/month (freelance arrangement) * 100% remote — you can be located in any city in Mexico * Consistent, ongoing projects with real clients starting from day one * No rigid schedule — what matters is delivery, not clocking in * Fee review and adjustment every 3 months based on performance How to apply?
