Sales follow-up and after-sales support to strengthen client relationships **Job Objective** Drive the company’s commercial growth through the management, tracking, and closing of sales opportunities. Responsible for registering and administering new leads, conducting active prospecting, following up on prospects, and providing after-sales support—ensuring a professional and organized experience that strengthens relationships with current and prospective clients. Acts as the initial commercial contact point, maintaining updated information in the database and reporting progress to Management. **Main Responsibilities:** **Lead and Database Management** * Register and update new leads. * Organize and maintain the commercial database. * Classify and track active opportunities. **Prospecting and Opportunity Generation** * Contact new prospects (inbound and outbound). * Conduct active prospecting (identifying new clients and potential events). * Reactivate portfolio of former clients. **Sales Follow-up** * Consistently follow up on prospects and open opportunities. * Ensure continuity of sent quotations. * Identify client needs and route them to the appropriate department. * Update status in internal database. **Closing and After-sales** * Support sales closing activities. * Conduct after-sales follow-up to reinforce commercial relationships. * Provide client support throughout the sales process. * Identify cross-selling or repeat-purchase opportunities. **Internal Coordination** * Maintain constant communication with Management and Production to verify availability, services, and scope. * Submit weekly reports on active opportunities, closed deals, and pending items. **We are looking for a candidate who:** * Has experience in Events (Preferred) * Is organized * Is proactive * Is solution-oriented * Is results-driven **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Sick leave days * Flexible working hours * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
