PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Adjust and inspect parts produced during the shift according to product specifications. * Establish optimal molding conditions for each process. * Implement process improvements in product technical specification documents. * Report detected failures for improvement, modification, or repair during or after a production run. * Issue work orders for corrective maintenance of machinery and molds, and report them to the immediate supervisor for timely follow-up. * Monitor modifications or improvements to machinery or peripheral equipment. * Inspect and ensure assigned equipment or machinery is in good working condition. * Monitor proper use of materials employed in operating the machine or equipment for product manufacturing by General Assistants.
