Mission * Administer and control distribution and market operation activities aligned with the company's internal control policies and procedures, aiming to ensure compliance with administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and minimize associated costs. Responsibilities * Cover vacations and absences of the Operations Coordinator. * Manage consigned equipment assigned to customers within their route group to identify and report unproductive equipment, thereby improving equipment utilization to meet profitability and productivity standards. * Administer and control credit granted to customers within their route group, based on company-established policies, to implement corrective actions ensuring appropriate balance levels. * Administer and supervise the processing of gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies. * Supervise and ensure the efficiency of services provided by the logistics area (loading, warehouse service time) and sales area (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation), aiming to maintain an appropriate service level and effectiveness to deliver adequate customer support. * Develop distribution visit sequences in coordination with their team to sustain an appropriate productivity level across each route. * Develop route restructuring programs for their distribution routes, using geocoding and optimization variables to improve route productivity and balance workloads. * Handle and supervise work orders related to operations within their customer group generated via DIGA, ensuring quality and effectiveness of customer service until closure. * Supervise the performance of personnel under their supervision to establish commitments and working relationships enabling improved customer service outcomes. * Process and supervise the registration of exchange centers for consumer-targeted promotions. * Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings to facilitate interaction and engagement among team members, achieving proposed objectives and identifying and resolving areas of opportunity. * Comply with guidelines established in the Coca-Cola Quality System (SCCC) to ensure proper operational functioning. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Sales experience (3 years), vehicle management experience (1 year).
