CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND NEGOTIATION **Responsibilities:** Operational tasks / Operator control: Maintain updated records in the 24 24 121 BP tractors and 24 36 006 BP operators programs to identify availability status for the next assignment. Generate operator attendance reports. Plan and assign trips based on operator availability. Monitor and manage operator rest periods and departure schedules. Maintain service levels regarding compliance with scheduled appointments. Receive and address customer operational requests. Safety activities Enforce safety requirements and guidelines established by the client and TMS as stated in the instruction letter. Monitor operator driving hours reporting. Ensure compliance with attendance at assigned training courses. Comply with the medical records program. Ensure 100% operator attendance. Maintain fleet utilization at 65% under supervision, ensuring continuous customer service and synergies. Guarantee 100% trip assignment per shift. Maintain 100% of units in correct statuses (no units without status for more than 2 hours). Fully support preventive maintenance program for units under supervision. Support ensuring 100% compliance with operator training. Ensure 100% of operator departures have evidence recorded in AS400\.
