Education: high school diploma, preparatory school, or technical degree. **Job Description** **Overview:** Picking materials for work orders using printed labels and transporting them via the conveyor system. Maintaining the module area organized, clean, and properly arranged in accordance with departmental procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pick all required components for each order’s wave completely and accurately, and complete wave picking within the shortest possible time without exceeding the time reflected in the manpower report. * Comply with applicable procedures for this activity. * Follow up on instructions and/or directions provided by the coordinator. * Comply with the 5S program. * Maintain a positive work environment and good discipline throughout the work shift. * Maintain effective communication with your immediate supervisor regarding any situation affecting picking performance or necessary process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and/or safety. * Follow established company programs, improvements, Kaizen initiatives, and safety protocols. * Use company-provided equipment properly for this activity, including scanners, scales, pickers, and reach trucks. * Keep boxes closed and maintain a clean and organized work area. **Required Competencies:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a material picker. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating scanners. * Software skills: scanner operation. **Skills:** Communication, teamwork, proactivity, results-oriented, sense of urgency, organization, accountability, discipline. **Education:** High school diploma, preparatory school, or technical degree.
