Responsibilities * Preparation and presentation of menu items. * Maintain the **kitchen clean, orderly, and well-organized**. * Ensure **proper hygienic handling of food**. * Inventory control and **placing orders for supplies**. * Maintain basic preparations and organized stock. * Supervise a **kitchen assistant**. * Ensure food quality and dish presentation. Candidate Profile * Prior kitchen experience (ideally as **supervising cook or sous chef**). * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Knowledge of **hygienic food handling**. * Enjoys working in relaxed environments near the sea. * Positive attitude and commitment to work.
