You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized, receiving, storing, and arranging supplies, as well as preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning) to facilitate production. You will also assist in product assembly, operate fryers and grills when required, and perform general cleaning of utensils, equipment, and surfaces. Your role is essential to ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, guaranteeing speed, order, and excellent customer service.
