Functions and Responsibilities * Prepare food according to established recipes and procedures. * Carry out daily kitchen production. * Assist at hot, cold, or grill stations as required by operations. * Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation. * Verify quality and freshness of ingredients. * Apply hygiene standards and proper food handling practices. * Assist with inventory and merchandise organization. * Report shortages or incidents to your immediate supervisor. * Meet service timing requirements and restaurant standards. * Assist with general kitchen area activities. Requirements Education * Completed secondary school or technical gastronomy program (preferred). Experience * 6 months to 1 year in restaurants, hotels, or kitchens. Knowledge * Basic cooking techniques. * Hygienic food handling. * Production and service line operations. * Basic use of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Distinctive H certification (preferred).
