Operational discipline of the team and correct use of supplies Cocina Económica Operativa is seeking a Kitchen Manager Execute critical daily production at a Senior Cook level; once this production is completed, assume the role of leadership, supervision, and planning for the kitchen area, ensuring: * strict adherence to **Punto Nutré’s standard quality and presentation**, operational discipline of the team, staff position profiles, **correct use of supplies, equipment, and protocols, logbooks**, and uninterrupted operational continuity without constant intervention from Management. YES: Cooks during the critical production window. NO: Does not remain performing cleaning or prep tasks after production. NO: Does not compensate for operational errors by performing others’ duties. YES: Leads, corrects, supervises, and plans once primary production is completed. **Approximate schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** **Salary: $18,000 gross** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
