**Position Objective** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment, facilities, and critical support systems, ensuring their optimal operation and operational availability to meet production schedules and quality, safety, and security standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance** on facilities, critical systems, and production equipment according to the established schedule. → To ensure proper operation and prevent unplanned downtime. * **Verify the operation of process and production equipment** during operations. → To guarantee compliance with the daily production plan. * **Install and adjust equipment on production lines** according to the product to be processed. → To contribute to achieving business objectives. * **Clean and sanitize packaging equipment** that has been used or is about to be used, in accordance with GMP. → To ensure product safety and prevent cross-contamination. * **Identify improvement opportunities** in equipment or facilities. → To increase efficiency, reduce losses, and optimize time. * **Monitor and validate the correct operation of machinery during production.** → To ensure continuous production flow without deviations. * **Complete records and technical documentation** in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). → To maintain traceability and regulatory compliance. **Required Profile** * Completed technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * General mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial environments (preferably cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food). * Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and industrial safety. * Ability to detect failures, work under pressure, sense of urgency, and teamwork.
