Operational planning and continuity without constant intervention Economical Operational Kitchen seeks a Kitchen Manager Execute critical daily production at a Senior Chef level; once this production is completed, assume the role of leadership, supervision, and planning for the kitchen area, ensuring: * Strict adherence to **Punto Nutré standard quality and presentation**, operational discipline of the team, team position profiles, **proper use of supplies, equipment, and protocols, logbooks**, and operational continuity without constant intervention from Management. YES: Cooks during the critical production window. NO: Does not remain performing cleaning or prep tasks after production. NO: Does not rescue operational errors by doing others' work. YES: Leads, corrects, supervises, and plans once primary production is complete. **Approximate schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** **Salary: $18,000 gross** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
