Job Summary: Production Assistant (Die-Cutting/Assembly) is responsible for selecting, requesting, inspecting, and assembling parts according to models and standards, including special orders and functionality verification. Direct employment contract with the company "Part of a solid company with over 90 years in Mexico". ¡Casa Díaz is looking for your talent! **Production Assistant (Die-Cutting/Assembly)** **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: $9,481.00 gross * Monthly food vouchers: $169.00 gross * Production incentive * Biweekly payments * Life insurance * Medical services * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (year-end bonus, vacation premium, and rest days) * Direct employment contract with the company **Responsibilities:** * Receive assigned orders and related information from supervisor or team leader. * Select assembly components (bedplate, motor base, and machinery) according to the sewing machine model to ensure correct parts are used. * Request assembly materials from the fittings warehouse (screws, cables, belts, pulleys, etc.). * Inspect components to be used in machine assembly. * Assemble bedplates, bases, motors, and machinery of all types according to established standards and/or customer specifications. * Perform assembly of machinery for special orders and government contracts at the client’s facilities. * Verify final product assembly and test functionality. **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school education * Experience with basic hand tools * Knowledge of basic arithmetic operations * Basic knowledge of sheet metal work, blacksmithing, and welding Work location: San Juan de Aragón (GAM) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM If you seek stability, growth, and a workplace where your work is valued, **apply through this channel**, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
