Participation in the operation and adjustment of die-cutting machines. **Garín Etiquetas**, a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of self-adhesive, white, and printed labels, as well as consumables, also provides technical service for barcode printing equipment. We are seeking **PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS (both genders)** **WE OFFER:** * **Weekly gross salary of $2,488** * Job stability * **Statutory Benefits (15-day bonus, vacation time, vacation premium, profit-sharing, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)** * **Additional Benefits (Savings Fund, Life Insurance)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Punctual * Responsible * Age 21 or older * Minimum education: Junior High School (CERTIFICATE required) * Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (ADD, SUBTRACT, DIVIDE, MULTIPLY) * Prior factory experience (preferred) * Ability to quickly learn how to operate label cutting machinery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate label die-cutting machinery. * Mount and adjust dies according to production orders. * Inspect materials and measurements before initiating the process. * Configure machine parameters (speed, pressure, cut registration). * Verify that die-cutting matches the label design. * Identify and correct deviations, incorrect cuts, or waste. * Conduct test runs before releasing production. * Record production output, cycle times, and material losses. * Keep machinery and tools clean and in good working condition. * Report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULES: All production area staff follow "SHIFT ROTATION" (every 30 days)** 1st shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you meet the requirements, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV or application form.
