We are dedicated to the manufacturing of steel profiles and tubes and are looking for individuals interested in joining our team as a **General Helper**. **No previous experience required**. **Responsibilities** --------------------- The responsibilities of the General Helper include, but are not limited to: * **Tube strapping:** Handling tubes of different gauges, ensuring that tubes are properly secured with steel straps and using the appropriate process for each gauge. * **Workplace cleaning:** Assisting in cleaning the area, guaranteeing a safe and organized work environment, as sometimes residues from strapped materials remain. * **Machine operator support:** Collaborating in various tasks as required by the operator. **Requirements** -------------- To become part of our team, you must pass the following evaluations: * **Vision test** * **Glucose check** * **General health examination** **Rotating Shifts** -------------------- * **Day shift:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * **Evening shift:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Night shift:** Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (starting Sunday night and ending Saturday morning). **Benefits** -------------- * **Statutory benefits** * **Transportation** (We offer an extensive transportation route) * **Subsidized cafeteria** * **Hiring bonus:** up to $1,750 * **Production bonus:** between $800 and $1,500 monthly * **Retention bonus:** $3,000 after a certain period with the company We're waiting for you!
