The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of production areas, contributing to the achievement of quality, order, and efficiency goals. Main responsibilities include supporting production activities, loading and unloading materials, organizing merchandise, cleaning work areas, and assisting operators or technicians in various tasks. The candidate may also participate in transporting parts, material replenishment, and preparing tools required for production processes. The General Helper must follow supervisors’ instructions, adhere to established procedures, and actively collaborate with the team. Maintaining order and cleanliness in their assigned area is essential to ensure a safe and organized working environment. Additionally, the General Helper is responsible for proper use of tools and equipment, as well as compliance with industrial safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Depending on operational needs, support may be required across different areas such as production, warehouse, or maintenance.
