Collaboration on various projects with technical and operational staff DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dynamic and reliable General Assistant to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in handling and organizing materials and tools. * Assistance in assembly, disassembly, or basic maintenance tasks. * Participation in cleaning and maintenance of the work area. * Collaboration with technical and operational staff on various projects. * Loading and unloading of goods. * General facility maintenance. * Support in preparing areas for production or maintenance. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Overtime:** Overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on project needs. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** We value the effort and dedication of our employees, and therefore offer a competitive compensation package and benefits that support your well-being: * **Weekly Salary:** $2,500 pesos (net). * **Statutory Benefits:** We comply with all statutory benefits, including social security, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time, and vacation premium. * **Weekly Pay:** You will receive your salary weekly, facilitating your financial management. * **100% Registration:** You will be fully registered with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) based on 100% of your base salary. * **Project-Based Contracts:** We offer project-based contracts, providing stability and the opportunity to participate in diverse initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Age:** Between 18 and 55 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Education:** Ability to read and write. * **Experience:** Prior experience is not required, but familiarity with basic tools such as hammers, drills, wrenches, etc., is preferred. * **Attitude:** Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. * **Availability:** Full availability for the scheduled working hours.
