With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished. **How will you contribute to this magical experience?** The **ESPN Production Assistant** will support the preparation, execution, and editing of audiovisual content focused on television, streaming, and social media. **Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:** * Preparation of sets, notes, and graphics prior to events and shows for digital platforms. * Monitoring and live execution of audio and video during events and shows. * Editing content for social media and coordinating with designated teams for ESPN's social and digital content. * Proposing new ideas and engaging formats tailored to a digital audience with a direct-to-consumer focus. **What do you need to be part of ESPN's story?** * Degree in Journalism, Communications or related fields. * Experience in digital projects and/or social media. * Broad sports knowledge. * Experience in audiovisual production. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency with audio and video editing software, for example: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects. * Camera operation knowledge (desirable). * Office suite proficiency. * Ability to identify and adapt trends into original content. * Creativity, proactivity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel if necessary to cover sporting events. * Intermediate level of English. * **Availability to work Monday through Sunday, on rotating shifts according to production needs (with weekdays off).** **Additional information:** At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
