Customer support: inquiries, complaints, returns, and follow-up A leading U.S.-based automotive company manufacturing and assembling metal components, springs, and precision-machined parts: We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Customer Service**! **Position Objective** Provide support to customer accounts, ensuring accurate order management, requirement tracking, and internal coordination to guarantee efficient service and on-time deliveries. **Location:** Puerto Interior, Silao, Gto **Main Responsibilities** * Customer order management and tracking (EDI and direct communication) * Coordination with Production, Materials, and Quality departments to prioritize shipments * Administration of order changes and customer requirements * Sending Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) and shipment documentation (BOL, packing list, etc.) * Customer support: inquiries, complaints, returns, and follow-up * Monitoring on-time delivery (OTD) performance * Participation in APQP meetings and ECN management * Weekly reporting of customer backlog **Requirements** * Advanced English (mandatory) * 3 years of Customer Service experience in the automotive industry, with prior collaboration with customers such as Lear or Stellantis * ERP system proficiency * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure **Competencies** * Customer focus * Organization and tracking * Strong communication skills * Sense of urgency * Stress tolerance Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
