Job Objective: Develop and execute creative and strategic content for various digital platforms, ensuring community building and achievement of brand objectives. The role combines content creation (visual and written), community management, and performance analysis, guaranteeing both creative quality and effectiveness in campaign operation and execution. Responsibilities: \* Create visual and written content tailored to each social network (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, mailing, etc.). \* Write creative and strategic copy aligned with the brand tone. \* Develop and coordinate content calendars and playbooks. \* Manage community engagement (community management, interaction, and customer service). \* Coordinate publications (planning, scheduling, and follow-up). \* Participate in photo, video, and audio productions. \* Analyze organic and campaign performance (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.). \* Generate reports and present actionable insights. \* Monitor digital trends and conduct competitive benchmarking. \* Execute basic digital campaigns and provide UX support for websites/apps. \* Use AI tools and management platforms to optimize content. \* Review and ensure editorial quality of documents, files, and materials (spelling, writing, coherence, and alignment with brand tone). Requirements \* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. \* 1 to 2 years of experience as a content creator, community manager, or assistant in digital marketing. \* Excellent writing, spelling, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of: \* SEO tools and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo). \* Social media management (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn). \* Basic knowledge of photography, video, and editing.
