




We are seeking a General Cook: Responsibilities: * Carry out the daily production plan and menus established by the company. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of workstation and utensils. * Verify cooking, refrigeration, and storage temperatures. * Supervise proper use of ingredients and prevent waste. * Report incidents, losses, or equipment malfunctions to the TAD supervisor. * Coordinate with kitchen assistant for assembling box lunches and side dishes. * Keep portion controls and standard recipes up to date. * Comply with uniform wearing requirements. Assist in cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the shift. Requirements: One year of experience. High school diploma completed.
