Preparation and handling of an approximate daily production volume of **300 to 400 kg**. Proper use of cutting tools. Compliance with hygiene and food handling standards. Support in general production area activities. **Requirements:** Prior experience as a butcher or steak cutter (preferably in pork). Experience working with high-volume production.
