




1. Receives work orders from supervisor or designated representative. 2. To perform assembly of units, uses work order and a work method with visual aids that facilitate the process. 3. Performs assemblies and subassemblies to form the final product. Uses manual tools such as portable drills, saws, etc. 3. Adapts prefabricated units and/or parts and accessories to accommodate the two sets and/or a finished product. Modifies parts by drilling and tapping, using manual tools such as portable drills, saws, etc. 4. Uses handheld power tools and other equipment such as screwdrivers, nut runners, wrenches, etc. Hydraulic mechanisms, generally checking correct and proper connections. 5. Operates with caution to avoid damaging painted or polished surfaces. Assists and trains other assemblers. 6. Inspects his assemblies to ensure production is carried out according to the parameters established for each unit. 7. Keeps the work area clean and organized. 8. Complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and policies. 9. Upon completion of an operation, must complete the process by scanning it. 10. Cleaning and labeling of machines 11. Active participation in safety, continuous improvement, and training initiatives, including but not limited to: A3 certification and projects, STOP observations, Monthly Safety Audits, maintenance, updating and administration of area KPIs, propose and execute CIP (Cost Improvement Projects), LSW sheet maintenance, updating and maintaining initiatives using the Dploy system.
