Participation in root cause analysis and traceability **Job Objective** Conduct production process analysis to ensure control, traceability, and reliability of information during product manufacturing. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute procurement requests for the production area. * Record and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual inventories (products, supplies, materials). * Prepare productivity and efficiency reports. * Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of material movements in the Sinube system using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodology. * Monitor and review production orders (PO) and production logs (printing and milling). * Monitor process compliance and deliver departmental performance reports. * Coordinate return of materials to warehouse. * Participate in root cause analysis and traceability exercises. * Publish and distribute production KPIs. **Required Knowledge (Intermediate to Expert Level):** * Inventory management * FIFO (First-In, First-Out) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * ERP system experience **Key Competencies and Skills** * Integrity and adherence to standards and procedures * High sense of responsibility * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and planning * High accuracy and attention to detail * Effective communication * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary payment * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund
