We have a great opportunity for you as a Warehouse Intern in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico. What will be your main objective in this position? To provide support and assistance in administrative and operational activities within the air freight product. What will you do in this position?* Support in managing orders (from customers and offices) and processing them for operations * Participate in follow-up visits to accounts. * Assist in reviewing reports generated by the performance of the reporting specialist, exceptions, and sending them to customers * Register customer complaints * Provide support in processing customer feedback for SC (complaint handling follow-up) * Provide support in driving resolution of customer complaints What can you bring to this position?* Intermediate-Advanced English. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of warehouses and supply chain * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Be a student from the 5th semester onward in a bachelor's degree in business, international relations, foreign trade, or related fields Why should you join our team?
