Knowledge in: * Preparation of risk matrices. * Safety on civil works and construction sites. * Application of STPS regulations and applicable NOMs for civil works. * Compilation of the HSE dossier. * Defensive driving (standard vehicles and valid driver’s license). * Development of safety procedures. * Implementation of safety management systems. * Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA). * Development of a permit-to-work system for high-risk tasks. * Excavation safety. **Experience:** * 3–4 verifiable years of HSE supervision experience in civil construction, and experience preparing the HSE dossier. **Education:** * Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
