**Foreign Site Superintendent** Monthly salary: $20,000 net + Per diems Statutory benefits **Activities:** * Prepare and follow up on work minutes and verifiable technical reports. * Control and manage human resources, materials, and machinery at the construction site. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Verify the proper application of safety and quality standards and procedures. * Assist in the preparation and review of estimates, generators, and progress reports. * Ensure proper compilation of logs, photographic reports, and technical evidence. * Follow up on compliance with applicable regulations in hospitals and health centers. * Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and authorities for the proper development of the project. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Professional license (mandatory). * Minimum experience: 5 years in civil works, infrastructure, and hospital projects and/or Health Centers. * Proven experience through work minutes and reports in similar positions. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to hospital projects.
