Job Summary: We are seeking a recently graduated or entry-level Architect/Industrial or Civil Engineer to develop expertise in quotations, budgeting, and material quantification for carpentry projects. Flexible engagement model based on workload volume We seek a recently graduated or entry-level Architect / Industrial or Civil Engineer with interest in developing expertise in quotations, budgeting, and material quantification for carpentry projects. Requirements: * Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Recently graduated or with minimal experience * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Organized, analytical, and responsible Main Responsibilities: * Material quantification according to drawings * Preparation of carpentry quotations and budgets * Review of specifications and materials * Cost analysis * Integration and follow-up of commercial proposals Work Arrangement: * Payment per project / per quotation completed * Flexible engagement model based on workload volume Ideal Profile: A detail-oriented individual with analytical capability and enthusiasm for cost estimation, budgeting, and quantification in carpentry projects. Salary: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
