Senior Project Manager – Industrial Solutions (Manufacturing and Architecture)

About the Role
At SOLINCO, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to go beyond traditional project management. This position is critical for leading the integration between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring our industrial solutions become successful and profitable projects in Mexico and LATAM.
We seek someone with strong technical-commercial judgment, capable of structuring complex solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and directly impacting business growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end execution of industrial projects (manufacturing and architecture), from solution definition through closure
* Serve as the strategic liaison among clients, commercial team, and engineering
* Translate business needs into viable, structured technical solutions
* Develop and validate high-level technical-economic proposals (quotations)
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and profitability targets are met
* Provide executive visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities
* Coordinate critical agendas, decision-making, and follow-up with stakeholders
* Drive opportunity closure in collaboration with the commercial team
* Manage and track the project pipeline via CRM
* Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of opportunities and projects within CRM systems
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial environments or complex solution delivery
* Proven experience managing manufacturing, architecture, or technical solution integration projects
* Demonstrated history of collaboration with commercial and technical teams
* Experience using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline and opportunity management
* Strong financial and technical understanding to structure proposals
* Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrids)
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make decisions under pressure

Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month
