Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Coordinating working sessions with business users to elicit and understand requirements. * Documenting functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with project objectives. * Preparing meeting minutes and follow-up agreements, guaranteeing traceability of decisions and commitments. * Conducting timely follow-up on projects and requirements, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. * Supporting innovation initiative management by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, testing, etc.). * Ensuring alignment between business needs and the proposed technological solution. * Identifying risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement in processes and requirements. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. * Years of experience: 1–3 years in roles related to business analysis, project management, or software development support. * Areas of expertise: Requirements analysis, project management and tracking, functional and/or technical documentation, interaction with business and technology areas. * Required knowledge: Project management methodologies (Agile preferred), creation of functional documents (Functional Specifications, user stories, use cases), use of tracking tools (Jira, Excel, etc.), preparation of meeting minutes and agreement tracking, basic software development concepts. * Languages: Intermediate English (preferred) * Willingness to travel: Not essential * Willingness to relocate: Not essential *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
