Description We are seeking a hybrid profile with strong technical capabilities and experience working directly with customers to design customized technological solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both functional requirements gathering and technical solution definition, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. **Important:** We are looking for candidates who are currently involved—or have recently been involved—in solution design, architecture, or leading technical definition \+ direct customer interaction. Requirements What will you do in this role? Gathering and analyzing requirements with internal and external customers Designing solutions and technical proposals aligned with business needs Participating in defining service and application architecture Translating functional requirements to development teams Coordinating with architecture, QA, operations, and systems teams Participating in implementation and continuous improvement of technological services Ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and security standards **What we are looking for:** Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in solution design or technological architecture (mandatory) \- Profiles lacking this experience will not be considered Direct experience working with customers and gathering requirements Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences Solid technical background in development, architecture, or system integration \- Mandatory **Stack / Required knowledge:** * Solution architecture and design patterns * APIs, services, and system integration * SQL / Relational databases * General development knowledge (Java, JavaScript, SQL or similar) * Web infrastructure and technologies * Security standards (PCI, ISO27001\) – desirable **Offer:** $35,000 – $45,000 gross monthly Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Grocery vouchers Savings fund Statutory benefits **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week) 2 years
