Construction \- Real Estate \- Architecture Architect 5 hours ago 2 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Totum Talent, we are seeking talent for the position of Junior Architect \- Draftsperson at an architecture firm focused on architectural and interior design projects for the residential sector. **Objective:** Support the development of architectural and executive projects by preparing drawings, 3D modeling, site surveys, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and supporting the Project Leader in integrating deliverables. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural and executive drawings. * Make adjustments and corrections to drawings based on reviews and feedback. * Assist in preparing information for render production. * Assist in preparing sheets, presentations, and deliverables for internal meetings or client meetings. * Prepare required technical documentation for permits, licenses, or official submissions. * Perform 3D modeling and architectural representation schematics. * Assist in integrating information from various disciplines into general drawings. * Maintain updated digital and physical project files, as well as maintain records of updates. * Inform the direct supervisor of any deviations, issues, or obstacles affecting deliverable quality or deadline adherence. * Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper project development and execution. * Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure correct project execution. * Stay current with new trends and advancements within the industry. * Quantify finishes. ### **Requirements** * Basic experience in architectural and executive design. * Basic knowledge of urban and construction regulations. * Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
