At **PISO 33**, a specialized firm in Construction and Interior Design, we are seeking a **Junior Architect** with initiative, creativity, and attention to detail. The selected candidate will play a key role in the development of architectural and interior design projects, providing support during both the design phase and execution and site coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Preparation of architectural and construction drawings** in AutoCAD. * **On-site surveys**, creation of base plans, and reports on existing conditions. * **Interior and furniture design proposals**, with the ability to integrate aesthetic and functional concepts. * **Development of renderings, presentations, and graphic materials** for clients. * **Coordination with suppliers and contractors**, tracking deliveries and installations. * **Support in site supervision** to verify quality, timelines, and specifications. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (graduated or in internship phase). * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD (Intermediate/Advanced), SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, V\-Ray, or Lumion. **Strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are REQUIRED.** * Basic knowledge of interior design, furniture, and finishes. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability for site visits and fieldwork. * **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
