Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Interior Design Graduate with experience in residential and furniture design, responsible for updating floor plans, developing designs, and verifying purchased products. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in interior design for houses and furniture 2. Knowledge of luxury brands, fabrics, color combinations, and textures 3. Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp We seek an Architect or Interior Design Graduate with: **1 year of experience** in residential interior design and preparation of executive drawings for fixed and loose furniture. Knowledge of luxury brands, fabrics, understanding of color coordination, and texture handling. Advanced AutoCAD, intermediate Revit, advanced SketchUp, advanced Photoshop, intermediate Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated floor plans reflecting selected furniture * Prepare drawings for furniture designed by the department * Verify conformity of purchased products * Carry out product assembly in accordance with the design authorized by the client. **Portfolio and Resume Required** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $15,500.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
