Job Summary: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to implement B2B projects, maintain systems, and collaborate on architectural decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Small team, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Implement B2B projects with enterprise clients * Maintain and improve existing systems * Collaborate closely with the technical lead on architectural decisions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer * Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript * Backend development with Node.js (or equivalent stack) * Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git * Autonomy to deliver features from start to finish * Eagerness to learn and grow with the product BONUS POINTS: * Experience integrating third-party APIs (ERPs, CRMs) * Experience working with LLMs / OpenAI / Anthropic * Prior experience in startups or B2B SaaS products WHAT WE OFFER: * Remote / hybrid work mode in CDMX (Bosques de las Lomas) * A project with real traction, not "we're just getting started" * Small team, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy * Modern tech stack and freedom to propose improvements Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Work location: Remote/hybrid in Bosques de las Lomas, Méx.
