Productivity analysis and decision-making support JOB DESCRIPTION At EOSOL, we are currently seeking a **Construction Controller** to reinforce the economic and production control of our international projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring economic and production control across one or more installation projects, including cost and margin control, progress monitoring, timely and accurate certification, change and claim management, as well as delivering reliable reporting to the Site Manager/Project Manager and senior management. **Requirements:** Engineering or related technical degree. Experience in economic control, construction costs, or production control. Experience in budgetary control and financial analysis of projects. Advanced English (C1 level mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Economic control and monitoring of construction projects. * Cost, margin, and budget variance management. * Monitoring and validation of physical and economic project progress. * Certification, invoicing, and cash collection control. * Change, variation, and claim administration. * Monitoring of procurement, subcontracting, and financial commitments. * Productivity analysis and labor force control. * Preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and risk analyses. * Participation in site committees to support decision-making.
