**Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1 year or intern in the construction area * Knowledge of Excel and Office Suite * Valid driver's license * Knowledge of standard vehicle operation. **Responsibilities** * Site visits: daily visits to locations to conduct site surveys according to requests from the relevant department. * Quantity surveying: measuring, calculating, and recording material quantities and technical specifications required for repairs or projects. * Work order preparation: quantifying materials needed to carry out corresponding construction tasks. * Documentation management: handling documentation related to measurement, quantity calculation, specifications, and on-site work requirements. **Skills and Competencies** * Technical knowledge: Understanding of construction, civil engineering, or architecture. * Measurement skills: familiarity with using measurement tools. * Attention to detail: ability to focus on details and avoid errors in measurement and calculation.
