Training and certification opportunities Gilsa Proyectos invites you to join us as Construction Project Sales Executive Profile Education: High school diploma preferred; architecture degree desirable (incomplete degree acceptable) Experience: 6 months to 1 year of sales advisory experience preferred in the finishes and construction industry Responsibilities: * Commercial negotiations * Customer service * Prospecting AAA clients * Follow-up on quotations * Portfolio development for construction projects We offer: Base salary of $13,500 plus guaranteed commission of $5,000; 5% savings fund; 5% grocery vouchers; life insurance; punctuality and attendance bonus of $1,200 Company vehicle Gasoline allowance of 150 liters per month Direct hiring, training, and certifications Commissions of 2% to 3%, enabling attractive monthly income of $30,000 to $80,000 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 \- $18,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
