We are seeking a highly motivated professional to perform a critical role by providing vision, leadership, and development of the overall corporate strategy with the CEO and Leadership Team. **General Objective** Serve as the liaison between the company and assigned customers. Responsible for the optimal execution of inventory, product rotation, and replenishment processes through collaborative work with the customer's procurement or restocking department. Also responsible for ensuring proper product supply to points of sale, coordinating the process internally and externally, monitoring orders and their correct delivery, as well as maintaining systems up to date by integrating information on new product introductions, modifications, and discontinuations. **Responsibilities** * Maintain KPIs (Instock, DOH, DOH TUB, out-of-stock combinations) and ensure proper supply across retail chains. * Plan and generate more accurate Sell-Out forecasts with retail chains. * Collaborate with the sales team and the customers' procurement departments to achieve the company's NTS sales targets. * Implement the company's strategic plans (ensuring placement of seasonal SKUs / innovations). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree (International Trade, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (CPFR experience required — Walmart experience is mandatory; Demand Planning, Sales Administration). * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel). * General knowledge of customers' restocking systems, CPFR metrics, and supply chain concepts. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Teamwork orientation, proactivity, negotiation skills, and goal-focused mindset.
