Job Description. Join the pioneering team in BIM regulation development! Estudio 80 is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to drive digital transformation in construction. Position Description: The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for **leading and supervising the development of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects**, ensuring that BIM models are coordinated, clash-free, and compliant with project standards. **This role involves leadership, team management, and effective communication with various stakeholders**. **Responsibilities:** · **Lead and coordinate** the development of collaborative BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. · **Coordinate collaborative BIM models** for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. · **Supervise and monitor** the performance of BIM modelers, ensuring quality and consistency of information. · **Maintain and update** the BIM model, ensuring it evolves continuously and aligns with project objectives. · **Review and approve** model versions according to project drawings and documentation. · **Manage** daily activities of the modeling team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. · **Provide mentorship and technical support to modelers**, fostering their professional development. · **Clash detection and control** using Navisworks, ensuring resolution of model conflicts. · **Work on collaborative platforms** such as ACC and/or BIM 360\. · **Review and update the BEP** to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements. · **Meet established project goals** on time and with required quality. **·Document control.** · **Oral and written communication.** ·**Results-oriented.** **Essential Requirements:** · Education: Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Engineer, or related field. · Must reside in Mexico City.
