**Position Description:** We are seeking a **BIM Coordination Architect** with proven experience to lead and coordinate project modeling and management in Revit. This role involves working closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of models and technical documentation, with emphasis on precision and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the development of BIM models in Revit. * Integrate and review models from different disciplines (architecture, engineering, MEP). * Generate technical documentation and construction drawings. * Ensure compliance with internal and client BIM standards. * Provide technical support to the team in implementing and optimizing BIM processes. * Coordinate deliverables with contractors, suppliers, and clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (licensed). * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in BIM modeling and coordination. * Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Revit**. * Proven experience in coordinating large-scale projects. * Strong communication and multidisciplinary team management skills. * **Desirable:** Experience in design and coordination of **industrial warehouses**.
