Join our Comex team and help us bring color to every project! **What do we offer?** * Competitive biweekly base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct hiring by the company * Private medical services (Medical Network) starting from the 3rd month * Telephone-based psychological and nutritional support * Reduced workday on your birthday * Financial assistance in case of birth or death * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Excellent work environment **What we are looking for:** Minimum 6 months of experience in auditing **Your responsibilities will include:** * Carry out audit procedures and maintain necessary documentary evidence to support audit conclusions. * Perform and comply with all actions required to achieve audit objectives. * Conduct cash counts and reconcile documents related to values and cash. * Verify the proper application of procedures regarding checks, vouchers, receipts, cancellations, credits, promotions, discounts, accounts receivable, electronic fund transfers, among others. * Print, compare, and where applicable, measure products from branches against reports, inventory lists, and/or systems to determine compliance, shortages, and/or overages of merchandise, documenting findings. * Request authorization to make adjustments in PVSI when appropriate. * Physically inspect product status: expiration dates, presentation, fractions, alignment. * Review compliance with internal guidelines and operational processes related to sales, presentation, product marketing, merchandise rotation, security, infrastructure, etc. * Communicate during audits to relevant departments any observations or deviations in processes exceeding established tolerance levels, in accordance with internal policies and guidelines. * Review results of previous audits, resolution of observations, implementation of corrective actions, and recurring issues. * Report to your immediate supervisor any disputes arising between the audit team and audited personnel during the audit process. * Document, compile, and submit to your immediate supervisor audit observations along with supporting documentation demonstrating fulfillment of audit objectives, scope, and conclusions. * Promote good practices and warn staff about penalties resulting from non-compliance with organizational policies and regulations. * Collect signatures on disciplinary notices, promissory notes, and/or any other documents assigned to verify implementation of corrective measures during audits. * Other duties inherent to the responsibilities of the position Other duties inherent to the responsibilities of the position. **Add color to your career—grow with us at Comex!**
