Job Objective Responsible for prospecting, serving, and developing industrial customers for the sale of industrial coding equipment, consumables, and related services, ensuring achievement of sales targets, portfolio growth, and brand positioning in the market. Duties and Responsibilities * Prospect new industrial customers through phone calls, on-site visits, digital follow-up, and commercial strategies. * Identify business opportunities in production lines and industrial processes. * Conduct demonstrations and commercial presentations of industrial coders, TIJ, CIJ, laser systems, and consumables. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and project follow-up. * Track opportunities within the CRM and maintain up-to-date commercial information. * Coordinate application tests and technical validations with customers. * Provide technical-commercial advice regarding equipment, inks, solvents, and applications. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business. * Achieve sales, prospecting, visit, and project closure targets. * Generate commercial reports and market analysis. * Participate in trade shows, industrial events, and business visits. * Maintain constant communication with technical service, logistics, and administration departments. * Promote consumables, spare parts, and preventive/corrective service contracts.
