Responsible and proactive with strong visual and operational judgment **Operational Architect – MUTUO Buildings** At MUTUO, we are looking for an organized, proactive architect with strong aesthetic judgment to oversee the operations and maintenance of our buildings. We seek a practical, solution-oriented individual capable of coordinating pending tasks, vendors, and space improvements, ensuring both customer experience and building standards. Responsibilities * Supervision of common areas, amenities, and operational spaces. * Tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordination of vendors and services. * Supervision of minor adaptations and renovations. * Management of reports, logs, and operational tracking. * Identification and resolution of physical and aesthetic details in buildings. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience in property operations, interior design, construction, or project coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel/Google Sheets. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Ability to resolve issues and execute tasks effectively.
